Eating 5 % to 10 % less than the normal quantity is very useful and so is the fact that dinner should be taken 4 – 5 hours before going to sleep. Boredom can cause a person to overeat and so people wanting to lose weight have to keep busy. Fat burning supplements are not very helpful and should be avoided. Also, exercising is the most important aspect. Morning walks – not power walks or strenuous runs – are very beneficial, and an hour of non stop walking activity will show effects only in a couple of days.
